JAWS...
This story cracks me up. I hope it will be humorous to those reading and especially to those involved. OK, Here is the story... Once upon a time (many years ago), The Farr family drove to California for vacation. Nancy invited me on a spur of the moment, to fly with her to California and meet the Farrs at SeaWorld for the day. We had a great time playing, feeding slimey fish to other ocean animals. We watched a Shamoo show and I remember Austin got wet. Anyway, towards the end of the day, I think Tanya found a gonga-deal on these big stuffed animals, probably close to 3 feet long. Each of the Farr kids bought sharks, shamoo, dolphins, etc. I think it was like $5 for these stuffed fish. Anyway, Nancy and I both bought a shark each. We then carried these huge stuffed animals on the airplane home. My shark has made many moves with me. The other day I had Mark get my shark down off a 9 ft plant shelf in my bedroom. The shark was up on that ledge for over 3 yrs. Needless to say, it was a bit dusty!!! So I decided to put him in the washing machine. He did GREAT!!! except I peeked in the washer at him before the last rinse cycle and he was "belly up" in the washing machine! So he went on his last rinse and spin. When I took him out, he looked intact so I threw him in the dryer. He fluffed up nicely and he felt dry, but I decided I would "hang" dry him for a few days to make sure his insides got really dry also. I clipped him to a skirt hanger. I was laughing to myself as he reminded my of the sharks hanging in the movie "Jaws". Anyway a couple days later he is still hanging but is in perfect shape. Thanks Nancy for the quick trip and Thanks to the Farr family for letting us join them at SeaWorld!!!
