Shelby's 18th Birthday

For Shelby's 18th birthday she chose to go to Red Lobster for dinner. Then back to the house for cake and ice cream. She was out of town on a choir tour on her real birthday, but her friends decorated her bed and room while she was sleeping. The entire choir sang Happy Birthday to Shelby.

Easter

Easter... We had a fun time. Aaron surprised us and drove out to Idaho and arrived on Friday (Reed's real bday April 2) We went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner on Friday night. Then on Easter Sunday we had dinner, games, and Reed's german chocolate cake. We had to make due with misc baskets and bread baskets for the Easter bunny to fill. We used my china and crystal and set a fabulous table. The we played Taboo and Slap Scrabble.

Yesterday we had a surprise snow storm. Today was sunny and blue sky, with beautiful white clouds. Our trees, bushes, plants, etc are all starting to pop and bloom. This tree will have white flowers on it. It is our "popcorn popping" tree. I love it when it is blossoming! But we will have to wait awhile longer because the leaves are just starting to pop.
