On Saturday night, all of the local high schools had a Sweethearts Dance. The dance was at the Jordan Ballroom in the Student Union on the Boise State University campus. Tickets had to be purchased through ticket outlets (not at the high school). The tickets looked like concert or sporting event tickets. Shelby went with her friend Tony, (from her seminary class), they were part of a group of 6 kids. Tony and Shelby had dinner at Red Robin first and then on to the dance at BSU. Tony brought her a rose when he came to the house.

How fun! I absolutely LOVED high school dances and am excited for Shelby to experience them, too. Happy love day!
